For the month of June, we are shining the RAWK Spotlight on
Amy Hall & Caitlin Delanno
The RAWK Spotlight is a monthly series that celebrates folx who embody and serve the mission of empowering youth voices. Folx in the RAWK Spotlight can be anyone from staff, to volunteers, to Board Members, to community partners. They are chosen by the RAWK staff team by merit of their passion, dedication, and enthusiasm for serving local youth and their community!

“RAWK’s passion for serving the youth is essential to the community. Working with this amazing team has been influential in developing my leadership skills working with the youth. RAWK has provided me with the tools to be successful on this journey and I’m truly blessed to be a RAWK Star.”
Amy (Northeastern Program Coordinator)
“In our activities with youth we often practice affirmations. Speaking loving words about ourselves and one another exemplifies RAWK’s understanding that the world needs our whole selves and our stories. I’m grateful for the RAWK community who continually inspires and challenges me!”
Caitlin (Northeastern Program Facilitator)

“Amy and Caitlin both bring years of passion and dedicated experience to youth advocacy and empowerment. Together they have created a space of self exploration, expression, and community at Northeastern, bringing their full authentic selves to the work which inspires young people to do the same. You have both done an amazing job in your first school year at RAWK and I am excited to see how you both continue to grow into your roles at RAWK and in the community!”

“Ms. Amy Hall is one of the best educators I have ever met. She sets such high expectations for these students, but also gives such large amounts of love to them. The communication with the students is amazing, her heart is huge, her personality is one of a kind, and she cares so much about each and every student (and teacher). She came into this classroom for support for me and she did much more than that. She inspired me and taught me so much. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me and these second graders. “
–Madison Hill (2nd grade long term sub)
